Canadian Intercollegiate Sailing Association

National Team

Our National Team consists of 5 students from various teams across the country. They train together to represent Canada at World University Sailing Championships like FISU and other international events!

Team Selection Process

Team Selection Process

Only athletes enrolled in postsecondary education are eligible to compete at FISU events.  As a result, we have a high turnover of sailors as our athletes graduate. Interested in joining the team? Athletes from pre-existing teams are recruited through our annual tryouts. Check out which schools have a team or send us an email to learn more!
